Terms and Conditions of Meet Live Lucky Draw Round 2

1. How to join:

  • Option 1: Earn Tickets by Receiving “Likes”

Share a video or image post on Meet Live and collect likes!

– For every 1 like your post receives, you’ll earn 1 entry ticket.

– Example: If your video gets 100 likes, you get 100 Lucky Draw tickets.

  • Option 2: Earn Tickets by Giving “Likes”

Support others by liking their content!

– For every 7 likes you give to different videos or images on Meet Live, you earn 1 entry ticket.

– Example: Give 70 likes in total, and you’ll receive 10 Lucky Draw tickets.

  • Grand Prize: iPhone 16 Pro Max

– Top 4 Video/Image Post with the most likes will each win a iPhone 16 Pro Max!

– Minimum 27 likes to qualify.

2. Eligibility

  • Participants must be 16 years or older and capable of understanding and agreeing to the Lucky Draw Campaign’s terms and conditions.
  • The campaign is open to individuals meeting the above criteria, excluding employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Meet Live.
  • Each ticket is eligible for one draw only. Duplicate draws will result in disqualification.

3. Date of Draw

  • The Lucky Draw will take place on 27 July 2025, and will be broadcast live on the Meet Live app.
  • Winners will be contacted via video call on Meet Live. If a winner is unable to answer the call, the opportunity will pass to the next eligible winner.

4. Winner Notification and Prize Claim

  • Winners will be notified within the app and must submit their full name and mailing address within one month of notification.
  • Prizes not claimed within this period will be forfeited. Winners will receive a notification within the app to claim their prizes.

5. Prize Collection

  • Prizes may be collected in person at the Meet Live headquarters in Selayang or delivered via mail.
  • Shipping fees apply for mail delivery and will be borne by the winner.
  • For winners residing outside of Malaysia who win iPhone 16 Pro Max, DENN Audio System, or Xiaomi Robot Vacuum, shipping is not available due to customs and tax clearance issues.

– In such cases, the prize will be converted to a cash equivalent, based on the market value of the item as a used product.

– The corresponding amount will be credited to the winner’s account.

6. Use of Personal Information

  • By participating, entrants agree that Meet Live may use their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes related to the campaign without additional compensation.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Meet Live is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from participation in the Lucky Draw or use of any prizes awarded.

8. Rights of Meet Live

  • Meet Live reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Lucky Draw at any time without prior notice.
  • All decisions made by Meet Live regarding the campaign are final and not subject to appeal or correspondence.

9. Additional Terms

  • Full Lucky Draw rules are available at all times in the “Lucky Draw Rules” section of the Meet Live app.
  • This campaign is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Apple Inc. Apple is not affiliated with this promotion. Any questions should be directed to Meet Live.

– Contoh: Beri 70 Like, anda akan memperoleh 10 tiket cabutan bertuah.

  • Hadiah Utama: iPhone 16 Pro Max

– 4 Siaran Video/Gambar Teratas dengan paling banyak “like” akan memenangi iPhone 16 Pro Max setiap seorang!

– Minimum 27 “like” diperlukan untuk layak.

2. Kelayakan

  • Peserta mestilah berumur 16 tahun ke atas dan berkeupayaan untuk memahami serta bersetuju dengan terma dan syarat kempen Lucky Draw ini.
  • Kempen ini terbuka kepada individu yang memenuhi kriteria di atas, kecuali kakitangan, sekutu, dan ahli keluarga terdekat Meet Live.
  • Setiap tiket layak untuk satu cabutan sahaja. Cabutan berganda akan menyebabkan penyertaan dibatalkan.

3. Tarikh Cabutan

  • Cabutan Bertuah akan berlangsung pada 27 Julai 2025 dan akan disiarkan secara langsung melalui aplikasi Meet Live.
  • Pemenang akan dihubungi melalui panggilan video dalam aplikasi. Jika pemenang gagal menjawab panggilan, peluang akan diberikan kepada peserta seterusnya.

4. Notifikasi Pemenang dan Tuntutan Hadiah

  • Pemenang akan menerima notifikasi dalam aplikasi dan mesti mengemukakan nama penuh serta alamat penghantaran dalam tempoh satu bulan selepas dimaklumkan.
  • Hadiah yang tidak dituntut dalam tempoh ini akan dibatalkan.

5. Pengambilan Hadiah

  • Hadiah boleh diambil secara terus di ibu pejabat Meet Live di Selayang, atau dihantar melalui pos.
  • Kos penghantaran akan ditanggung oleh pemenang.
  • Untuk pemenang yang menetap di luar Malaysia dan memenangi hadiah fizikal seperti iPhone 16 Pro Max, Sistem Audio DENN, atau Xiaomi Robot Vacuum, penghantaran tidak tersedia disebabkan isu kastam dan cukai.

– Dalam kes ini, hadiah akan ditukar kepada wang tunai berdasarkan nilai pasaran item tersebut sebagai barangan terpakai.

– Jumlah tersebut akan dikreditkan ke akaun pemenang.

6. Penggunaan Maklumat Peribadi

  • Dengan menyertai kempen ini, peserta bersetuju bahawa Meet Live boleh menggunakan nama, imej, dan rupa peserta untuk tujuan promosi berkaitan kempen ini tanpa sebarang bayaran tambahan.

7. Had Liabiliti

  • Meet Live tidak bertanggungjawab ke atas sebarang kerosakan, kerugian, atau kecederaan yang berpunca daripada penyertaan dalam Cabutan Bertuah ini atau daripada penggunaan hadiah yang dimenangi.

8. Hak Meet Live

  • Meet Live berhak untuk meminda, menggantung, atau membatalkan Cabutan Bertuah pada bila-bila masa tanpa notis awal.
  • Semua keputusan yang dibuat oleh Meet Live adalah muktamad dan tidak boleh dipertikaikan atau dirayu.

9. Terma Tambahan

  • Peraturan penuh Cabutan Bertuah boleh dirujuk pada bila-bila masa dalam aplikasi Meet Live di bahagian “Peraturan Lucky Draw”.
  • Kempen ini tidak ditaja, disokong, atau dikendalikan oleh Apple Inc. Apple tidak mempunyai sebarang kaitan dengan promosi ini. Sebarang pertanyaan berkaitan hendaklah diajukan terus kepada pihak Meet Live.

Meet Live 第二轮幸运抽奖活动条款与条件

1. 如何参与

  • 选项 1：通过获得“点赞”获得抽奖券
    在 Meet Live 分享视频或图片贴文，并收集点赞！

– 每获得 1 个点赞，即可获得 1 张抽奖券。
– 例如：如果您的贴文获得 100 个点赞，您将获得100张抽奖券。

  • 选项 2：通过“点赞他人”赚取抽奖券

支持其他用户的内容也能获奖！

– 每给 7 个不同的视频或图片贴文点赞，即可获得 1 张抽奖券。
– 例如：你点赞 70 个帖子，就能获得 10 张抽奖券。

  • 特等奖：iPhone 16 Pro Max

– 获得点赞数最多的前4个视频或图片作品，每位将获得一部 iPhone 16 Pro Max！
– 需获得至少27个赞才有资格参赛。

2. 参与资格

  • 参与者必须年满 16 岁或以上，并能够理解并同意幸运抽奖活动的条款和条件。
  • 本活动仅限符合上述条件的个人参与，Meet Live 的员工、合作伙伴及其直系亲属不得参与。
  • 每张抽奖券只可参与一次抽奖。重复抽奖将被取消资格。

3. 抽奖日期

  • 幸运抽奖将于 2025 年 7 月 27 日举行，并将在 Meet Live 应用上进行现场直播。
  • 获奖者将通过 Meet Live 视频通话进行联系。如果获奖者未能接听电话，机会将转给下一个符合资格的获奖者。

4.  获奖通知和领奖

  • 获奖者将在应用内收到通知，必须在收到通知后的一个月内提交全名和邮寄地址。未在规定时间内领奖的奖品将被取消。

5. 奖品领取

  • 奖品可以亲自到 Meet Live 总部（位于 Selayang）领取，或通过邮寄方式发送。邮寄费用由获奖者承担。
  • 对于居住在马来西亚以外的获奖者，若所赢得的奖品为 iPhone 16 Pro Max、DENN 音响系统或小米扫地机器人，将因关税及清关问题无法邮寄。

– 在此情况下，相关奖品将参考市场估值，转换为等值现金形式。所对应的金额将通过适当方式发放至获奖者账户。

6. 个人信息的使用

  • 参与者同意 Meet Live 可以使用其姓名、图像和肖像用于与本次活动相关的宣传推广，且无需支付额外报酬。

7. 责任限制

  • Meet Live 对因参与幸运抽奖或使用任何获奖奖品而产生的损害、损失或伤害不承担任何责任。

8. Meet Live 的权利

  • Meet Live 保留随时修改、暂停或取消幸运抽奖活动的权利，恕不提前通知。
  • Meet Live 对活动的所有决策均为最终决定，不接受申诉或争议

9. 其他条款
